歧视华人，12点入住，接待女说房间未好要等，10分钟后，他人入住就不要等，再问她，房间就“好了”问她- 为何？她说是我们要的大床间未好，而我们根本没指定大床房。 退房后，取行李时想借用洗手间，他们竟然说没有。一个4星酒店！

米兰的蚊子多是出名的，但是没有想到虽然是8楼，还是套房，蚊子还会那么多，影响睡眠。

酒店位置蛮好的，虽然不是很新，但是两人间真的是够大，而且感觉是套间了还有专门的衣帽间，早餐也不错。唯一不足的是WiFi收费，而且意大利的城市税越来越贵了...
